Our aim is to make it easier for you to access information to help you use the NSW Planning Portal. Your feedback will help to improve the Support hub and ensure we meet your needs.

Your information will be handled by the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (the Department) in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (PPIP Act). Any personal information you provide in completing this feedback survey will only be used to inform our program of improving the Support hub. The provision of information is voluntary, however, we may not be able to clarify your feedback unless you provide us with all the information we require.

 

We will store and protect any information you provide in accordance with our requirements under the PPIP Act. We will not use or disclose the information for any other purpose, unless required or authorised to do so. You may access and correct any of the information you choose to provide. This privacy collection notice applies to the information you are providing in completing this survey.
